Japanese Vegan Cooking Class B

Hello vegan group members! I am visiting Paris soon.

I am planning to have an interesting vegan cooking class in Paris in May.

I am a professional cook living in the central Japan and helping my grandfather to grow family rice fields and vegetable fields.

Cooking is my passion. I have over 6 years overseas experience of cooking and pastry in Europe, including a 5* hotel in London, and a top Japanese restaurant in Malta.

I also had a private Vegetarian class in Madrid for a group of journalists including El Pais.

Here is the menu,

Soup,
NIMONO -stewed roots veg,
TSUKEMONO-quick pickles,
TAKIKOMI GOHAN- Japanese pilaf.

The session will be up to 2.5hr, with demonstration, tasting include all the ingredients, Japanese tea, and of course the recipe plus a small souvenir from Japan.

Price: 30 euros p/p
