Hike Plan – Prugnanes

We are planning a 13 km hike in Prugnanes.
Estimated duration: around 4 hours (not including a short lunch break in the middle).
Level: Moderate fitness required.

This is not a casual walk. Please join only if you are physically comfortable with steady-paced hiking.

What to Bring

  • Proper hiking shoes (mandatory)
  • Small backpack (20–30L ideal)
  • Minimum 1–1.5 liters of water
  • Snacks (nuts, dark chocolate, energy bars, etc.)
  • Lunch (sandwich or anything easy to carry)

Clothing

  • Comfortable hiking pants
  • T-shirt + light jacket (layering is important)
  • Waterproof jacket (strongly recommended)
  • Hat or buff (optional but useful)
  • Thermal layer if weather changes

Optional but Recommended

  • Hiking poles
  • Thermos with hot water/coffee
  • Sunglasses
  • Personal small first-aid items

Transport
I have space for 3 people in my car.
If more join, we will need a second car.
Car arrangement will be confirmed 1–2 days before the hike.Depending on weather.

Important

  • We move as a group.
  • No one walks ahead alone or falls far behind.
  • Weather can change quickly — come prepared.
  • Participation is at your own responsibility.

Will meet from of the Train statiion to go to the point we will hike.
