Embrace the serenity of an autumn morning with a rejuvenating QiGong session. We meet on a dry Monday at Céligny Plage.
Session Conducted in French (translation available),
this Medical QiGong class, rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, is perfect for healing and balancing your body and mind during the whole season.

Through gentle movements, discover the power to alleviate stress, pain, and maintain overall health, and learn how to bring balance to your digestive organs while training your body's posture and balance.

Join us at 9 am to reinforce your practice or introduce new movements to your routine. We'll focus on strengthening the lower back and enhancing the other areas of the body that are crucial for the cooler season well-being.

The Monday morning practice includes fall prevention exercises, too.

Sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, including those who prefer seated exercises. Wear warm comfy clothes and flat shoes.

Join us for a relaxing evening Zoom session designed to help you tune into the yin energy state before bed time and perhaps even to support you on your detox journey. The session starts with open questions/answers for Broes, our Nutrition Coach, followed Qigong practice and we may conclude with a short guided meditation before sleep.

Whether you're participating in the SHINE detox fast or not, this session will influence you in a good way.
We'll focus on nurturing the liver, kidneys, lymphatic system, and we will let the body and mind drift into the state of tranquility before bed time.
