Become a Member: Try out a few rides and then consider joining the Club! Your club dues keep the Club running (insurance, Meetup, website, and event costs). Besides supporting the largest recreational cycling club in Reno-Tahoe, club members enjoy insurance on all club rides and members-only special events (Hooray for Spring, Mormon Station annual picnic, Mt. Rose Challenge, Holiday Party, and more). Visit our new website at pedalers.org.
E-Bikes: All but Class 2 E-bikes are welcome. Ride leaders may not be equipped to handle mechanical issues so have a backup plan.

Franktown and a bit More
RC Willey, 1201 Steamboat Pkwy, Reno, NV, USWe gather at 8:45am to prepare and sign in and we roll at 9:00am.
We start at RC Willey's.This Route heads down to do Franktown Road and then continues to do
a simple loop in Lakeside Heights. On the way back we do a horse country loop on Andrew Lane and take the road over to Western Skies.

Erica Greif Bikeway Ride

the Truckee River and then follows the river to Rock Park. It is a pretty flat

2026 Cookie Ride!!! (ALL LEVELS)

.Every year the Club supports the annual Tahoe-Pyramid Trail fundraiser, the Cookie Ride. We will do our usual Verdi routes but with rest stop at Crystal Peak Park for the event. There will be
an array of tastee cookies at the park. If you would like to donate a dozen (or more) cookies, an email will be sent with instructions. You may also donate toward TPT trail maintenance. Cookies will be served between 10 AM to 11:30 AM.STARTING LOCATION: Park or cycle to the parking area of Pola Poke on the corner of West McCarran and Plumb. Note the Pola Poke has changed name and has a different menu but has the same management. The new name does not seem to be recognized by meetup.
RIDES: This is a social ride for all levels. At least two cycling groups will form (D+ to C and C+/B levels). Ride leaders will be announced at the event.
Jerry and Janet Volunteer to lead a casual C no drop ride. It usually takes the basic route shown below. This route is shorter with less elevation gain then the C+/B route. If you are a less experienced rider or are unfamiliar with the route, please review the route sheet below and bring a copy with you on the ride.
