Autumn is here, the leaves are changing colour and that can only mean it is time to go 'ramasse' (collect) chestnuts and mushrooms whilst having a relaxing stroll thru the beautiful forests in the suburbs of Paris.

Just 30 minutes south of Paris on the RER is a place that feels like a vacation on the other side of France! Fresh air with a hike thru beautiful forest, village and an ancient railway viaduct and tunnel - plus the site of the world famous aerotrain trials!

What to bring: Sturdy walking shoes, rain jacket and a bag, basket and pocket/non-serrated small knife if you have (mushrooms should never be collected in bags).

When: Sunday 2nd October, 13:30

Meet: Denfert-Rochereau, at the RER B station entrance (Outside Cafe Oz).
