This TechLunch will be about Product Management.

Product Managers hold a key role in any company, because they are responsible for defining the "why", "when", and "what" of the product that the company builds. An increasingly sought-after role in France, the Product Manager often serves as the center between engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.

Product Management is often misunderstood - what makes Product Management "successful" in a given organization? Does Product Management differ from one company to another? What challenges and surprises do PMs face?

To dig more into this topic, Elizabeth Sankey, Senior Product Manager at Algolia, will be moderating a discussion on stage with our 3 panelists:
