A 4-day immersive retreat for men who are ready to step deeper into their strength, presence, emotional clarity, and masculine embodiment.

This journey blends physical challenge, inner work, brotherhood rituals, open-heart practices, and teachings that support the elevated masculine — grounded, aware, connected, and powerful.
Through breathwork, meditation, workouts, masculine shadow and light work, cold exposure, tantra for men, and optional plant medicine, participants will explore what it means to live with purpose, integrity, courage, and emotional freedom.

## DAY 1 — Thursday (Arrival & Grounding Into Brotherhood)

Early Evening:

• Arrival & check-in
• Opening circle: introduction, intentions, what each man is here to confront or reclaim
• Masculine grounding meditation
• Brotherhood agreements: safety, confidentiality, honesty, presence
• Shared meal
• Early rest

## DAY 2 — Friday (Embodiment, Strength & Masculine Energy)

Morning:

• Sunrise cold swim
• Power workout (strength, breath, mobility)
• Wim Hof breathing
• Masculine embodiment session: posture, voice, presence

Midday Workshop:

• Masculine Shadow Work
• confronting fear (shame, guilt, anger, etc.)

Afternoon:

• Sadhu nail board practice (optional, guided)
• Journaling session
