Treat yourself to a nourishing Sunday morning yoga in the park session, dedicated YOU time to reconnect and relax.

🧘‍♀️ This gentle vinyasa yoga class starts with a short meditation and breath practice, followed by a balanced flow that includes standing and seated postures. Class always ends with a restorative savasana to rest and integrate the practice.

Please bring your own mat or a towel.

🙏 All experience levels are welcome, and donations will be accepted with gratitude. Yoga should be accessible to all, which is why we firmly believe in the pay-what-you can pricing model. Donations typically range between 5€-15€, though there is no obligation to give.

📍We'll meet outside the Monceau metro station at 10 AM and walk into the park together. Look for Isabel, your host with long red hair. 👩‍🦰
