If you are curious about pranayama but unsure where to start. We will demystify pranayama- the yogic science of breathing, by explaining its types, purpose, power, and effects—presented in a way that feels safe, simple, and relevant to modern life.
The workshop includes a guided Yog Nidra (deep rest) session, allowing participants to integrate breath practices and experience deep relaxation without effort.
