A moderately-paced class where students are invited to flow with their breath, and explore different ways of moving on the mat. Through detailed cues, drills, and repetition we prepare the body to execute shapes and movements, build strength and mobility, and discover what makes you feel powerful on the mat.

This is an open-level practice - various options for poses and transitions will be offered, and students are encouraged to make choices for their own practice.

Reminders: bring your own mat and water bottle. Pre-payment will also be required to secure your spot (refundable until 12 hours before the class).
