If you are a foreigner in Lyon and don't speak French very well, or if you are French looking to polish up your English, or even if you are just looking to chill and move the skeleton a little bit, I suggest coming to practice Yoga with me at Mama Works - it's a very cool place!
I offer a dynamic practice that integrates Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
