• Looking for professional Executive Assistant
• Supporting two senior level officers in the Healthcare IT division, as well as lending assistance to the team
• Full admin support including managing and coordinating all travel, calendar management, expense report management, preparing and formatting letters and presentations, scheduling conference rooms and spreadsheet maintenance
• 20% of the day will be handling billing
• Looking for 3-10 years of experience in professional services (financial, legal, consulting, etc...)
• Professional, fast paced, independent and quick on your feet
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

2) Industrial Sales- Chicago- $70-$90K with uncapped commissions- Direct Hire

• Top client and industry leader looking for experienced Territory Sales Rep
• Prospecting new clients and expanding current relationships
• Calling on manufacturers in the Chicago area
• Strong compensation and benefits package including company car and uncapped commissions

• Must have Bachelors Degree and 2-5 years of industrial sales experince
• Selling consumables (lubricants, greases, cutting oils, plastics, chemicals, etc) a strong plus
• Must be able to build relationships and grow a territory

3) Associate Manager of Sales Finance-- $95K plus bonus- Loop

• Design and implement various tools, processes and analytics that support the Business Unit Pricing Manager's efforts to provide fact based analytics that drive profitable volume.
• Developing, implementing and managing the process associated with the annual plan and monthly forecast.
• Directly manage one Sales Finance Analyst with an additional focus on providing pricing managers with process development, tools, analytics and data pulls as it relates to monthly financials.
• Bachelors Degree required plus 5-10 years of experience in a Finance/Accounting role.
• CPG industry highly preferred.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hyperion/Essbase and JD Edwards a plus
• Previous experience supporting Business Units and field personnel a big plus.
• Analytical background and/or budget management experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast pace environment and handle multiple projects and tight deadlines required.
