Lactate Run: Push your limits, boost your endurance.

This Tuesday, March 10th at 8:00 PM, we invite you to a Tempo Run session at Parco Sempione. This is a training style every runner should try and incorporate into their routine.

### The Details 👇

  • Meeting Point: Piazza Castello.
  • Workout Structure:
  • Warm-up: 5 min
  • Interval 1: 15 min Z3
  • Recovery: 2 min
  • Interval 2: 15 min Z3
  • Cool down: 5 min
  • Total Duration: ~45 min
    What to bring: Comfortable running gear.
    Please note: we do not have a designated area to store personal belongings.
