Why are many approaches to cultural transformation failing? Why do even the best intentions of leaders feel unauthentic to employees? Why is it so difficult to get them working crowd aligned and drive towards making the organization future proof?

A transformation isn’t done just by implementing some initiatives and some co-creation workshops coming up words like: “trust,” “openness,” “collaboration” ... It’s far more complicated than that.

Change journeys need a holistic approach. It's an orchestration of leadership, practices, structures, and the right incentives. But what music to play, and who is the conductor?

About the speaker: Born in Poland, raised in Berlin. After being a developer, serial founder, product manager, and work culture influencer in Berlin digital space –he joined Digital McKinsey to succeed in persuading an integrated mindset shift on a large scale. His strength is building teams and systems to enable agile product delivery and mindsets. Mariusz is a certified yoga teacher.
