Digging up the roots of engagement at work

Dettagli
Extensive research has shown that only 16% of employees are actually 'committed' to work. This means that the other 84% of us are just coming to work - or worse?
During this meetup we will delve into the history of 20th century management to discover possible root causes that still influence our levels of 'happiness' in the workplace.
How can we recognize and tackle these influences, and what leads to more engagement?
Individual reflection and group discussions ensure that you close this meeting with a lot of ideas to get started with small improvement actions in your own work environment.
Meetup agenda :
- What does great look like when it comes to engagement in the workplace?
- What does research tell us about the current degree of engagement?
- How has the history of management contributed to today's low numbers?
- How can we redefine happiness at work based on a systemic view on 'Human' needs?
- What experiments can we embark on to get closer to that vision we defined?
