Agenda
---------
17:00 A welcome note from organizers & host/sponsor
17:15 Speaker I: Mario Meir-Huber - Software Factories
One of the most promising use cases for AI is to significantly speed up software engineering. Developers all over the world are using Claude Code and Codex to supercharge their software development. What was once considered "Vibe Coding" is now becoming a first-class citizen for software teams around the world. The next evolution is the software factory. In this talk, we explore what a software factory is capable of doing and how it can further boost the development lifecycle. The Session will be hands-on and we will see a real software factory in action.
17:45 Speaker II: Ivan Parfilov - YTsaurus: An Open-Source Data Platform for AI - and AI for the Data Platform
As AI models scale, infrastructure often becomes the primary bottleneck. This talk introduces YTsaurus, an open-source, exabyte-scale big data platform, and shows how teams use it across the machine learning lifecycle: preparing data, training models, and running them over massive datasets. It then turns to a new direction: making the data platform itself AI-first. Engineers and analysts simply ask for what they need (a report, an answer, an investigation), and an AI agent orchestrates the platform's engines to deliver it.
18:15 Break
18:45 Speaker III: Aarti Gupta - Is AI making you productive or dependent?
AI now generates ideas, writes content, and acts on our behalf. As once-rare intelligence becomes abundant, the advantage shifts from speed to intellect. This session offers practical ways to use AI as a thinking partner rather than a substitute, so it strengthens YOU and raises the quality of your work, not just its pace.
