Ballet Basics for Adult Humans

If you always dreamed of being a Ballet Dancer (or just looking like one) this is the class for you! We explode the myth that only the privileged few with “dancer’s bodies” can master classical ballet. Our Adult Ballet Fundamentals classes begin with a specially designed floor barre that addresses the problems of adult beginners. Our barre, center and “across the floor” combinations are all carefully broken down so that even brand new students in our adult ballet classes have no trouble following. Wear clothes you can move in (no tutus required) and come prepared to have a blast! 7 classes are $91. An unlimited card at West Side Dance Project is just $21 per week (with a Two month enrollment, by application) so you can afford to take as often as you want! GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE AVAILABLE!
