Every Tuesday we meet for 75 minutes of dynamic, fluid Vinyasa Flow Yoga, in a studio only 50 meters from the Metro Station Gambara (M1). (in English)

Generally, classes start with a short centering and meditation practice, then get into a warm up, from there we'll practice standing poses in a fluid sequenze. Towards the end of class we'll get into forward folds, closing positions, cool down and final relaxation/Savasana.

This week's focus is on twists, hip opening, strength and connection to our center.
