LSUG 8.4: Planting For The Future

Life is full of ideas. A new project at work, a hobby you've been flirting with, a career change you can't stop thinking about, a different way of organizing your team or your weekends — seeds are planted all the time. But how many of them actually take root? And how do we know which ones should?
At our next Liberating Structures Meetup, we'll zoom in on one of the most exciting — and most fragile — phases of the Ecocycle: Planting. That moment where something new is emerging, but it's not yet clear if it's ready to grow. We'll explore how to sense the potential in early ideas, how to challenge them with care and rigor, and how to figure out what they truly need to survive the leap from seed to sprout.
When should you protect a fragile idea — and when should you let it go? What does fertile ground actually look like? And who gets to decide what's worth growing?
Bring your half-formed ideas, your stubborn convictions, and your sharpest questions.
