In a world where the majority of us lives in a rush and under pressure, this workshop invites us to delve into techniques for dealing with our thoughts and emotions and nurturing our inner peace.
We will explore the relationship between body and mind, diving into the fundamentals of mindfulness to bring presence and focus into our lives; Discover the transformative impact of deliberate breathing exercises, invoking our relaxation response amidst the chaos; Practice the therapeutic art of journaling as a means to process emotions.
This is a theoretical-practical workshop, so by the end, you can anticipate having experienced the techniques and their impact, leaving equipped to better navigate your inner self.

Notes:
- Bring paper and a pen.
- We will sit on the grass. You can bring a mat, towel, cushion, or anything that makes you feel comfortable while sitting.
- A bottle of water is also recommended.
