Monday to Friday, 9:00 CET till about 11:30 CET :D;
an intro at the beginning, a break at about 10:15 CET, and a checkout at about 11:30 CET: as simple as that!

1. we mute ourselves in-between checkpoints;
2. we can keep cameras on, some do, some don't, depending on the day and mood; it helps in the long run to know there are others doing stuff and for ourselves to keep accountability. Anyways, at intros cameras are always on, so we can cheer up recognizing our tribe! After the intro, it is OUR office after all, so feel like at home and comfortable!
   [Newcomers not showing their face, at least at the beginning, and introducing themselves, will be sadly removed...]
3. no one will ask you about output, nor about your machine-like 'production rate': we just hope to be a bit better off than when we started the session, in whatever work we need to do on that day.
4. Trolls are rare, but we never let them discourage us, surely they have not managed to ruin our space in the last 5 years of daily meetings! They are easy to spot and remove.
5. All are encouraged to share and speak if they like, no one is forced to do or say anything; bragging or attention-seeking is fortunately as rare as distasteful.
   ---
   We try to be quick with the intros and polite, each sharing just what they plan or would like to do on their side for the specific session.
   Of course, some theses and book project require more than one session and day's work, so we repeat ourselves in our goals from time to time, but that only makes us more determined!
   If one of the regular hosts is missing on some days, any veteran of the meeting can take on - in the spirit of the group - and start the round of quick intros, and welcome newcomers (i.e. those not used to our simple setup)! :D
   Ps. Weekends (CET timezone) are a bonus, but perhaps you'll find some fellas there if you are on time!
