OKRs At The Center

Tutti parlano di OKR, non sempre con cognizione di causa.

Nel Limited WIP Society Book Club abbiamo letto insieme "OKRs At The Center" di Natalija Hellesoe e Sonja Mewes.
Ci è piaciuto molto il taglio pratico e le esperienze portate evidenziando alcune delle difficoltà che si possono incontrare e come affrontarle.

Il libro ci è piaciuto così tanto che abbiamo deciso di invitare Natalija, una delle due autrici, per approfondire l'argomento, conoscere altre persone interessate al tema con cui confrontarci e poterle fare qualche domanda affidandoci alla sua esperienza.

Sarà un workshop interattivo, con un utilizzo frequente delle breakout rooms per incentivare la conversazione.
Cercheremo insieme a lei di capire le dinamiche che accompagnano l'applicazione.

NB. Il workshop sarà interamente in lingua inglese.

These days everybody chats about OKRs, not always with a real experience on the topic.

In the Limited WIP Society Book Club we read together "OKRs At The Center" by Natalija Hellesoe and Sonja Mewes.
We really liked the pragmatic approach and the experiences they brought highlighting some of the issues that can be faced and how to deal with them.

We liked the book so much that we decided to invite Natalija, one of the two authors, to explore the topic, meet other people interested in the topic and ask her some questions based on her experience.

It will be an interactive workshop, with frequent use of breakout rooms to encourage conversation.
We will attempt together with her to understand the principles that surround the practice.

NB. The workshop will be conducted entirely in English.
