# Kirtan & Medicine Song Circle with Guided Meditation

Join us on Saturday, September 20 at 7:30 PM in Milan for an evening of sacred chanting, medicine songs, and guided meditation experiences.

📍 Location: Ananda Ashram – Via Privata G. B. Prandina, 25, 20128 Milano (5–10 min walk from Crescenzago M2)

✨ This gathering will be co-facilitated by Charlotte Ocean and Federico Freddy B.
Charlotte will guide us through meditative journeys and hold space for the circle, while together we will share chants, medicine songs, and moments of silence to connect with the healing power of sound.

🎒 What to bring: yoga mat, a cushion, or a percussion instrument (some will be available on site).
Through chanting, drumming, and stillness, we will create a space for inner peace, awareness, and community connection.
