🌿 Whether you’re exploring mindfulness, curious about Buddhist wisdom or looking for a calm space to reflect, this session offers gentle guidance and practical insight for everyday life.

On Saturdays in April, we will explore "Life's suffering and its liberation" — a direct teaching on personal liberation and awakening. Through this text, we’ll reflect first on the causes of suffering and consequently on the way to happines.

🧘 Session Flow

A short guided mindful meditation to help us settle
Group reading (we read aloud in turns — optional participation)
A few minutes of silent reflection
Open sharing and discussion of insights, thoughts, and experiences.
Each person’s sharing helps deepen and broaden our understanding. You’re always welcome to simply listen and observe — no pressure to speak.
