Ever wondered about why people from liberal backgrounds adopt highly conservative religious beliefs and practices? Anabel will discuss Salafism (also known as Wahhabism), a controversial version of Islam that has attracted thousands of young people across Europe, but which has little to do with the Islam of their parents' generation and inherited traditions. During five years of doctoral research in London, she interviewed many young women about why they embraced this strict lifestyle - face-veils, all-enveloping gowns and traditional roles for women and men - and she'll share some of her findings with us.

Lo sapevate che la Lancia Strato’s HF (tre volte campione del mondo rally) non è nata durante un consiglio di amministrazione, ma grazie alla caparbietà e all'orgoglio di pochi, grandissimi uomini? Vittorio Bedogna sarà onorato di farveli conoscere.

Vittorio è nato a metà strada tra il Po e le Dolomiti qualche mese dopo il Commodore 64. Avrebbe voluto fare lo scrittore (a volte si spaccia per tale) ma, per sopravvivere, ha finito per lavorare come videomaker. Tra le sue tante malattie croniche c'è una passione ancestrale (e viscerale) per le automobili e una fastidiosissima allergia alla parola artista.

Did you know that the three-time-world-rally-champion Lancia Strato’s HF wasn’t born during a board meeting, but thanks to the pride and obstinacy and of a few big men? Vittorio Bedogna will be honored to introduce them to you.

Vittorio was born a few months after the Commodore 64 halfway between the Po River and the Dolomites. He would have liked to be a writer (once in a while he pretends to be) but, in order to survive, he ended up working as a videographer.Among his many chronic diseases, there is an ancestral (and visceral) passion for cars and an annoying allergy to the word artist.
