**This session is not about setting goals or fixing yourself.** It’s about exploring the **gap** between those two versions — and the beliefs, fears, or stories that keep us stuck in the middle.

**You won’t be talked at.** You’ll be heard.

This is a guided, interactive round table conversation where you’ll connect in small groups and share honestly — no judgement, no pressure.
