Nonviolent Communication Workshop

There are only two prime emotions: Fear and Love. Fear is controlling, attached to outcomes. Love is allowing and accepting. Increasing our understanding of true love, living a life of love, is a decision that is life-transforming. As we begin to experience the freedom true love brings, this decision becomes easier and more manageable on a day-to-day basis.

Presenter: Maureen Chen has studied and taught *Raja Yoga* meditation with the Brahma Kumaris, establishing and sustaining meditation centres in many countries, including Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Cambodia and the Philippines.
She is the author of *Mystic at the Edge: A Western Woman Coloured by Asia.* Maureen is currently the Coordinator of the BK Yarra Valley Retreat Centre.
