Ganz gleich, ob du bereits ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen aufgebaut hast, gerade dabei bist, dein erstes Team zusammenzustellen, als Investor auf der Suche nach dem nächsten Einhorn bist oder einfach nur neugierig bist und mehr über das Leben als Unternehmer erfahren möchtest - hier ist deine Chance!

Wir starten unsere regelmässige Reihe von Treffen, bei denen du die Gelegenheit hast, Kontakte zu knüpfen, faszinierende Unternehmenspräsentationen zu hören und von den größten Fehlschlägen zu lernen, die je gemacht wurden. Und das alles in einer geselligen Atmosphäre.

**PYL** ist ein junges Unternehmen aus Basel, dass sich auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung individualisierter Leuchten im 3D-Druckverfahren spezialisiert hat. Gemeinsam mit Architekt:innen, Innenarchitekt:innen, Lichtplaner:innen und Designer:innen gestalten wir massgeschneiderte Leuchten, die perfekt auf Raum, Funktion und Atmosphäre abgestimmt sind. Dabei übernehmen wir den gesamten Prozess inhouse – von der ersten Idee über das Co-Design bis hin zur Fertigung in unserem eigenen Atelier.

**Was ist der Hot Seat?**
Unser Ziel ist es, voneinander zu lernen, und wir glauben, dass wir am meisten von den Herausforderungen, die andere gemeistert haben, und den „Misserfolgen“, aus denen sie selbst gelernt haben, lernen können.
Wir führen den Hot Seat in zwei Schritten durch: Erstens geben die Gastunternehmer eine kurze Einführung in ihr Startup und erzählen von ihren Erfahrungen und Fehlern. Im zweiten Schritt werden wir eine offene Diskussion mit der Gruppe führen, um Fragen zu stellen und die Ideen des Unternehmers zu hinterfragen.

**Was ist der Unternehmeraustausch?**
Wir werden Elemente von liberatingstructures.com nutzen, um einen aktiven Austausch zwischen unseren Teilnehmern zu ermöglichen. Jeder soll sowohl die Möglichkeit haben, von anderen Unternehmern zu lernen als auch sein Wissen mit anderen zu teilen.

Whether you have already built a successful company, are sweating tears and blood assembling your first team, an investor searching for the next unicorn, or are simply curious and want to learn about life as an entrepreneur, this is your chance!

We restart our regular series of meetings, during which you will get chances to network, listen to fascinating company presentations and learn from the biggest failures ever made. All in a convivial atmosphere.
We explicitly welcome everyone interested in the fascinating world of entrepreneurship.

**What is the Hot Seat?**
Our goal is to learn from each other, and we believe that we can learn most from challenges others have overcome and "failures" that they themselves learned from.
We run the hot seat in two steps: Firstly, the guest Entrepreneurs will give us a short intro into their startup and share some of their learnings/fails. Secondly, we will go into an open discussion with the group to ask questions and challenge the Entrepreneurs ideas.

**What is the Entrepreneur Exchange?**
We will use elements from liberatingstructures.com to facilitate active exchanges between our participants. Everybody should have both the opportunity to learn from other Entrepreneurs and to share their knowledge with others.
