* **Wheel of Life** — Quickly rate key areas (health, career, relationships, fun) to spot where a tiny shift makes a big difference.
* **Energy Audit** — Find the tasks that drain you most, then design simple “do less of it” steps: delete, defer, delegate, batch, or lower the bar.
* **Boundary Script Lab** — Leave with one clear, kind script to say “no” (or “not now”) without the guilt.
* **Real Talk, Real Moms** — Lighthearted group chats to share wins, struggles, and what’s actually working.

You’ll walk away with practical tools, new mom-friends who get it, and a **printable workbook** to keep the momentum going.

**Group size:** 3–5 moms (so everyone gets time and support).
