Please arrive by 8:30am with your video on and audio off. Zoom meeting will be closed prior to the meditation starting to prevent interruptions, so please arrive on time. This group is intended for folks who are familiar with Dr. Joe’s work, no formal instructions/teachings are given. We will begin his meditation together and start raising our vibrations, without much discussion prior. Eye mask highly recommended. Completing his intensive progressive is also highly recommended to understand the fundamentals of what and why we are doing what we are doing in these meditations.
