A bingo-style game to break the ice and get to know each other through short, structured conversations.
15:30 – 16:30 — Intro to Jobs To Be Done and small group activity
A short, jargon-free explanation of how to think about products through real-life situations and needs.
In groups of 2–3, participants pick a mobile app they actually use and:
- share personal perspectives
- define one key Job To Be Done
- identify friction points
- come up with one improvement idea
