  Questo talk si focalizzera' su come python sia entrato nel settore della neuroscienza, dalla analisi classica al machine learning. Inoltre, esploreremo come python sia usato per promuovere l'open science, e pratiche di reproducibilita'.
• 19.00 - 19.30 - 🏡 MicroPython, un caso d'uso pratico. - Moreno Mazzocchetti 📢🇮🇹
  In questo talk si esplorerà l'uso pratico di MicroPython su Raspberry PI Pico.
  Si descriverà un progetto per controllo di una scheda I/O di interfaccia in un impianto domotico.
  - Breve introduzione a MicroPython
  - Breve introduzione alla scheda Raspberry PI Pico
  - Descrizione della scheda I/O utilizzata
  - Descrizione ed implementazione del caso d'uso
  Il talk confermerà la possibilità di sfruttare la flessibilità linguaggio anche su dispositivi dalle risorse limitate, alternativamente ai linguaggi più comuni per queste piattaforme.

  L'utilizzo di sistemi di intelligenza artificiale generativa e di copilot per lo sviluppo software consente anche a chi ha poca esperienza di programmazione di generare dataset sintetici da impiegare per attività formative e simulazioni.

  This talk will focus on how python has entered in the field of neuroscience from classical analysis to machine learning. Moreover, we will explore how python is used to promote open science and reproducibility practices.
• 19.00 - 19.30 - 🏡 MicroPython, a practical use case. - Moreno Mazzocchetti 📢🇮🇹
  In this talk, we will explore the practical applications of MicroPython on the Raspberry Pi Pico platform.
  We will present a project featuring an I/O board designed to control a home automation interface system.
  Topics Covered:
  - Introduction to MicroPython
  - Overview of the Raspberry Pi Pico board
  - Description of the I/O board used
  - Implementation details for this use case
  We will demonstrate how a flexible language like Python can be effectively utilized even on resource-constrained devices, offering an alternative to the more commonly used languages in embedded systems development.

  The availability of generative artificial intelligence and copilot systems for software development allows even less experienced users to generate synthetic datasets, which can be used for learning purposes or simulations.
