Speakers:
*Sian Townson is a Director in Data and Analytics, a specialist division of Oliver Wyman’s Digital practice. She has over 20 years of experience in modeling and validation, specializing in machine learning. Sian has led a number of large-scale model build and validation projects, and is particularly in demand for advanced machine learning validation, and addressing bias and fairness.
*Teneeka May is a Senior Analyst in Data and Analytics, a specialist division of Oliver Wyman’s Digital practice. In addition to her work in the Oliver Wyman Digital team, Teneeka founded a new branch of the firm’s women’s network that focuses on developing, inspiring, and building community among the women working in this male-dominated sector.
Outside of work, Teneeka has an interest in social impact and has volunteered her skills with an organization that supports other charities to generate operational insight from their existing data. In 2021, she was also recognized as a Rising Star in Digital by WeAreTheCity.
