IamRemarkable workshop

#IamRemarkable is a Google initiative empowering women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond, thereby breaking modesty norms and glass ceilings.

In this interactive session, you will participate in group discussions and exercises to develop the confidence and skills to promote yourself effectively.

During the #IamRemarkable workshop we will:
● Share data and research regarding self-promotion and unconscious bias
● Go through the main exercise to help you articulate your achievements and practice self-promotion

Giovanna Reggina Galleno Malaga | Soft Skills Trainer & Data Analyst

She graduated in International Business Administration and Science & Technology from San Ignacio de Loyola University (Peru). She was part of the team of facilitators that trained more than 100k Peruvian women entrepreneurs in the Program "Women in Business" sponsored by The Inter-American Development Bank and The Australian Government. In addition, she was part of Google European Developer Relations, where working as Community Manager/Builder she “fell in love with data”, and she decided to switch her career to become a Data Analyst. Currently, she is a co-organizer of the Machine Learning Milan community, the host of The Soft Skills Show on Youtube, and since 2019 she’s been a facilitator of the #IamRemarkable workshop.
