Speaker: Enzo Lombardi
For decades, Object-Oriented Programming told us that classes, deep inheritance trees, and `polymorphic_dogs.extend(cats)` were the only way to build software. Then Rust came along, threw out class inheritance, and said: "What if we just used Traits and composition instead?"
We are super excited to have Enzo Lombardi, a well-known tech lead, veteran software architect, and prominent voice in the Italian developer community—leading this session. Drawing from his extensive background in enterprise architecture and object-oriented systems, Enzo will walk us through his conversion story from traditional OOP dogmatism to Rustacean enlightenment.
