Afro-Cuban Technique is essential to Latin dancing, and this class will immerse you in practicing it through Afro-Cuban Dance styles. We offer this as an open level class.
If you are an Advanced/Intermediate/advanced Salsa student, this is a uniquely advantageous class, something not usually found in this depth other than in workshops.

You do NOT have to be a salsa student, however, to take this, as this is an AUTHENTIC Afro-Cuban dance class, and it can be taken alone and separately form any other dance form.
This class is non-partnering.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

We will be in the Ballroom. Let us know if you would like to reserve a table!
Plenty of room to dance, seating, service, music and dancing to enjoy for your Sunday event.
The lineup is quite awesome too: 5 pm Bachata lesson by one of our amazing instructors, 6-9 pm open dancing the best Latin tunes, Salsa, Mambo, Bachata, Cha-cha, a couple of Cumbias and a a bit of Merengue by DJ Helio. Be sure to bring your friends, get your dance shoes ready and finish out your weekend with us!
Great food and amazing drinks, wonderful staff, fantastic music and the friendly faces you want to see on the dance floor. DJ Helio will be spinning the Best salsa, bachata, cha-cha, cumbia and merengue to keep you dancing until 9 pm.
Only $10 per person, plus $10 mandatory consumption ticket that you can use for ANY food, liquor or soft drink of your choice)
As always, we need to support our venues, so we have a great place to dance.

Join us for a 4-week session of classes to get started in this fun dance. Learn the basic, turns, and the cross-body lead, all the basic building blocks of the dance. More importantly, learn to lead and follow!! This is what prepares you for the more complex moves to come.
This journey is just beginning, fasten your seat belts!!
