North Park Meditation Run Group 🏃‍♀️🧘‍♂️🥤
Join us for a refreshing and mindful way to start your day! Our Meditation Run Group in North Park, San Diego combines movement, community, and relaxation.
We’ll run 3–5 miles at a comfortable pace (all skill levels are welcome—whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out). After the run, we’ll pause at Better Blendz to enjoy some free smoothie samples, plus a discount on full drinks to recharge your body.
Once fueled up, we’ll gather for a short guided meditation designed to help you truly let go, release tension, and set a positive tone for a fuel-filled day.
