Glacial Trail Runners of Greater Milwaukee

I thought I'd throw this on the calendar, even though it's not really our group.

Many of us have run with the Lapham Peak Trail Runners (LPTR) over the years. I highly recommend getting to know this group.

They run every Wednesday at 5PM.

An easy paced mid-week trail run. Usually about 6.5 miles - more or less by request.

Hey everyone, just a few things:

1. Note that we meet in the Evergreen Parking Lot, which is the first lot on the right.

2. We typically run about 7 miles. If you want to run fewer miles, you can turn around at any point. If you want to run further, you can tack on some miles before or after our 9:00 run.

3. It is a state park, so you need a park sticker or day pass, which you can buy as you enter. Buying a sticker is a good deal if you plan on going to a state park more than 4 times within the year.

4. We always have a 5 minute grace period, so we're off and running by 9:05. If you know you're running a little behind, just post on this page and we'll know to wait for you. We'd hate to leave anyone behind:)
