Un flow dedicato alla rinascita ed al risveglio del corpo e dei sensi. Aprendoci a questa primavera, l’Accademia Bjj accoglie con l’occasione della Pasqua per una speciale lezione di Yoga Vinyasa con Valentina. In questa pratica attraverseremo un viaggio: partiremo da movimenti lenti e profondi, per ascoltare ciò che dentro di noi è ancora nascosto, e costruiremo gradualmente energia, forza e apertura, fino a lasciare emergere qualcosa di nuovo. La lezione è adatta a sia a principianti sia a chi ha già un minimo di dimestichezza con lo yoga e vuole vivere una pratica più consapevole, fisica ed energetica allo stesso tempo. A fine pratica ci sara una merenda yogica, per condividere e integrare insieme l'esperienza. Cosa portare : Tappetino (se lo avete meglio, altrimenti lo fornirà la palestra) Abbigliamento comodo Eventuale copertina o felpa per il rilassamento in savasana.

La domenica ormai è appuntamento fisso per il nostro gruppo e adesso che le temperature si sono abbassate è il momento di spostarci nella parte invernale del Just me (ex Just Cavalli). Hello everybody, I usually look for events on Saturdays but I can hardly ever find any, so I asked myself, "Why don't I organise one ?" The idea is to meet at **Next Bar in Via Crema 7** (Very close to P.ta Romana underground station / yellow line) at **18:00** and hang out there for some time. You can also enjoy drinks and eat for 13 Euros (p.s. the buffet is mind-blowing). Guests are required to buy their first drink upon entry. I kindly encourage you to RSVP during the week if you can. Dodgeball is back again! If you’ve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join. We’ll be playing for about 1.5 to 2 hours, you do not need to bring any equipment, and no experience is needed. We use a specific set of rules and equipment to make the games run better and keep them fun for everybody, not just people who already know how to play. If it rains, the event will be canceled.
