La trobada és oberta tant a **persones que aprenen català com a catalanoparlants nadius**. És una oportunitat perfecta per practicar l’idioma, fer noves amistats i passar una bona estona xerrant sense presses. **T’hi esperem! Apunta’t i vine al vermut més internacional.** 🍻🗣️

Realizamos Taichi al aire libre aún asi solicitamos que debido al CoViD cada participante decida libremente y se responsabilice de las medidas que desee tomar respecto a la situación sanitaria actual El Taichi es una arte marcial basado en la filosofía taoísta y en su visión del universo, que además de fomentar habilidades marciales, ayuda a mejorar la salud, la conciencia corporal y puede ser un camino para el desarrollo personal y espiritual de los que lo practican. Este arte marcial es diferente a la mayoría de las que podáis conocer. Mientras otras se basan en la fuerza y la potencia el Taichí es una respuesta a la pregunta: ¿Por qué combatir la fuerza bruta con más fuerza cuando es posible aprovechar la de tu adversario? Si estas pinceladas os llaman la atención podéis venir a conocer el Taichi de forma gratuita, cada domingo de manos del Sifu Albert Sala. Las clases son de 9 a 10:30 de la mañana en el parque situado al final del Carrer Lleida delante del recinto llamado “El mercat de les flors” (cerca de las paradas de metro “Plaça Espanya” y “Poble Sec”). Somos razonables en la práctica del Taichi y os ayudaremos a no realizar prácticas que puedan provocaros un daño pero en última instancia cada participante es responsable de si mismo y os pedimos que nos comuniquéis problemas de salud o lesiones que pudiesen causaros perjuicio alguno. Además os repetimos que debéis velar de forma adulta y consciente de vuestro bienestar y por tanto os hacemos responsables en ultima instancia del mismo. Taichi is a martial art based in the Taoist philosophy and its vision of the universe, in addition to the improvement of the martial skills of its practitioners, helps to enhance their health, their body awareness, and also can be a path for their personal and spiritual growth. This martial art is set apart from the majority of the other ones you may know. Other martial arts are based in strength and muscle power, but Taichi is instead an answer to the question: ¿Why fight strength with strength when you could use their power against them? We encorage a rational training of Taichi and will help you to prevent posible injuries in its practice. No era el típico escultor de academia desde joven. De hecho, heredó el oficio de su padre: **era afinador de pianos**. Esta sensibilidad por la armonía y el sonido la trasladó más tarde a las formas. A los 50 años (en 1980), dio un giro radical a su vida: cerró su negocio y entró a estudiar Bellas Artes. Se instaló en su finca, llamada **"Casa Viva"**, en Dosrius, y durante más de 30 años se dedicó a "escuchar" al bosque. Dos pobles plens de turisme d’excessos, però units per un **camí de ronda que guarda racons i cales verges que encara sorprenen**, fins i tot als qui ja creiem conèixer la Costa Brava. A Blanes hi anirem en tren 🚂, i des d’allà ens endinsarem en **12 km amb 390 m de desnivell** per paisatges mariners que canvien a cada gir. Passarem per cales com Sant Francesc, Cala Treumal, Sa Cova i Sa Boadella, descobrint petits racons amagats que solen passar desapercebuts als ulls dels turistes. Aquesta època de l’any, amb la primavera despertant, el camí es vesteix de colors vius, amb pinars que perfumen l’aire i llum que ressalta tots els tons del Mediterrani.
