La propuesta de esta actividad es ir a visitar el estudio de la artista barcelonesa Marta Aoiz. Formada en la escuela de la Llotja, su trabajo se centra en la pintura, practicando todos sus géneros desde sus inicios como acuarelista, y extendiéndose posteriormente a la técnica del óleo. La pintura de Marta Aoiz parte de un marcado componente emocional que se transmite sobre todo a través de sus paisajes. Es en ellos, también, en los que la artista se siente más identificada, y desde los que trata de hacernos participar de su proceso creativo en tanto que “paisajes soñados” en su mente y en su estudio. T’imagines la passió de l’òpera fora d’un gran teatre? Nosaltres transformarem un espai ple d’històries en un escenari on la música i les paraules es troben. Així que et convidem a una experiència íntima i totalment original: una versió de concert del gran mestre Giuseppe Verdi, **Rigoletto**, que et farà vibrar a pocs centímetres dels artistes, al cor de la preciosa **Llibreria Byron**. **BYRON és una llibreria-cafè , punt cultural de referència a Barcelona**. Una òpera experimental de cabosanroque que revisita el mite de Don Joan amb mirada radicalment contemporània. 235 anys després d’enterrar per primer cop Don Giovanni i el seu catàleg de conquestes, “Madamina, il catalogo è questo”, el cantant Bad Bunny va convertir la cançó “Tití me preguntó” en una de les més escoltades de la història arreu del món. Da Ponte l’escriu en tercera persona, ja que la fa cantar Leporello, i Bad Bunny parla en primera persona. Més enllà d’això, poques diferències separen els dos temes: dos catàlegs de conquestes i un seguit de preferències en qüestió de dones. Quina és la versió de Don Giovanni que correspon als nostres temps? En què s’ha convertit avui en dia el desig contínuament insatisfet de Don Giovanni? Quines noves formes de masculinitat configuren el mite? We organise a watercolour workshop for beginners; The teacher is an advanced graphic designer and painter Tiana Diakova, whose works you can check on Instagram: @diakova_art. The maximum amount of people is 10 so the teacher will be able to guide every person. The main entrance of the shopping center opens onto stairs/elevator leading up to the 2nd floor cafe section where we will have a table displaying a sign with the Shut Up & Write logo. Writing is largely a solitary craft. Practicing with others in a community setting may be the thing you need to fire your own routine. We’ll meet on Wednesday evenings, starting the clock at 6:30, following a brief period of introductions. This is solid writing time and all inclusive. Any project is acceptable, be it fiction, non -fiction, work or homework assignment. All is welcome and will remain private to you. The market boasts a Starbucks, a full service bar and various affordable food options. Parking is plentiful, free Wifi is provided as well as outlets for charging your devices, though they are somewhat limited, so plan accordingly. Show up as early as you like, or stay late. This group tends to socialize some, both before and after the alloted time, but this is not mandatory to you. Feel free to come and go as you please and late arrivals are welcome. The cafe may be noisy on occasion so headphones/ earbuds are reccommended as you see fit. Please try to RSVP if possible so that we may grab enough seats for all—the venue can be busy at times.
