Q&A con J.B.Rainsberger

E' con grande piacere che vi invito al prossimo evento di XPug-Milano.

Grazie al fatto che sarà a Milano per tenere un corso privato avremo ospite uno dei più apprezzati eXtreme Programmers: J.B.Rainsberger (http://www.jbrains.ca/).

Faremo con lui una sessione di Q&A sul tema: "What obviously good things do you want to be doing, but some stupid obstacle prevents you?".

Il contesto è tutto il processo di sviluppo software, come ad esempio:

• software design
• exploring and understanding what we are trying to build
• dealing with difficult people
• planning “in the small” (what will we do in the next few weeks or few months?)
• software testing
• dealing with the bureaucracy around me
• learning new skills or developing new habits
• planning “in the large” (how do we approach this 2-year-long project to improve our chances of success?)
• automation
• adopting new ways of working (either by myself or with other people)
• managing my/our work, because we always have too much to do

La sessione sarà in inglese.
