Join a one-day pilgrimage-style hike through Lazio’s Etruscan countryside, linking three historic villages — Villa San Giovanni in Tuscia, Barbarano Romano and Blera. This 18–20 km route is short in distance but demanding in terrain: expect steep ascents, rocky paths, river crossings and spectacular panoramic views. Collect stamps at each village and receive the Official Cammino dei Tre Villaggi Certificate upon completion.

- Meet at Villa San Giovanni in Tuscia — early morning: briefing, distribute pilgrimage passports.
- Villa San Giovanni → Barbarano Romano (~9.2 km)
- Mixed terrain: vineyards, olive groves, Marturanum Park; moderate then steeper sections.
- Highlights: Etruscan tombs, short break at Marturanum.
- Village stop: Barbarano Romano — collect first stamp; lunch and explore.
- Barbarano Romano → Blera (~5.4 km)
- Steeper climbs, rugged sections, river crossings.
- Highlights: panoramic valley views.
- Village stop: Blera — collect second stamp.
- Blera → Villa San Giovanni (~2.9–5 km)
- Rocky paths and final ascent; arrive at ceremonial spot to receive certificate (after collecting all three stamps).

Restrictions & safety
- This route requires very good overall fitness and prior hiking experience. Not suitable for complete beginners or those with mobility issues.
- Facilities are limited; basic restrooms available at village stops.
- In case of severe weather the hike may be rescheduled for safety — participants will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
