During the first part of the session, Rossella will introduce herself and share her journey — how she approached mindfulness, her personal story, and what led her to become a certified coach. She will also explain what mindfulness really is, how it works, and the key benefits it can bring, from reducing stress to improving focus and emotional well-being.

In the second part of the session, you’ll be guided through a short practical experience, where you’ll be able to try some simple mindfulness exercises under Rossella’s supervision. It will be a safe and welcoming space to explore this practice, ask questions, and connect.
