Some snacks and drinks will be provided, but feel free to bring something yourself (alcohol will not be allowed on the premises).

There is no dress code, so please feel free to wear whatever you would like.

Hi there, my name is John.

I wanted to create a meet up where people could chat, play games and make friends in a relaxed environment. Sometimes it can be hard to form new friendships in a new city and if you don't want to spend your energy trying to make friends in a pub/bar all the time, then this group might just be right for you.

Use the games set up if you need a good ice breaker!

Anyone is free to join, under the condition that they agree to the following rules.

Rules

1. You can come and go as you please, however if we have too many people you may not be allowed back in.

2. No swearing, violent/inappropriate behaviour etc., towards any other participants or staff members.

3. No smoking.

4. You are free to bring your own drinks and food, but no alcohol will be allowed.

5. If you are drunk, you will not be allowed to enter.

6. Take away rubbish with you.

7. Do not enter any of the off-limit rooms (you are free to use the toilet).

コミュニティを主催しているジョンです。

「言葉の壁がなくリラックスした雰囲気の中で、お喋りや、ビデオゲームをしたりしながら友達が作れる場所」があったらいいな！という発想から今回のMeetupを企画しました。

このMeetupでは下記の３つのポイントを意識しています。

①読書会のようにコミュニケーションを意識せずマイペースで参加できること
②スポーツイベントのように参加者同士で思い出を共有できること
③アイスブレイクとしてビデオゲームなどのツールを活用し、言語交流や友達作りができること

ビデオゲームを活用した自由なパーティー形式で、参加者同士の交流が活発になり友達の輪が広がるようなイベントにしたいと考えています。是非ご参加ください！

※ゲーム目的のイベントではありませんので、ご理解お願いします。

参加条件は特にありませんが、下記のルールを設けさせていただきます。安心・安全・健全なイベントにするためご了承ください。

【ルール】

1. 入退場
   入退場に制限はありませんが、参加人数が多い場合再入場ができない場合がありますのでご了承ください。なお、周辺での大声や騒音を出すことは禁止です。場合によっては参加をお断りします。

2. 参加方法
   定員制のため、事前予約をおすすめします。予約がないとご参加頂けない場合があります。

3. その他
   ・不適切な発言あるいは行為をした場合は無条件で参加をお断りします。
   ・近くのコンビニに喫煙スペースがあります。喫煙者の方はそちらをご利用ください。
   周辺での喫煙は条例違反になるため、禁止となります。
   ・飲食物については、お酒以外は持ち込みできます。ゴミは各自持ち帰りをお願いします。
   ・泥酔状態の方は参加いただけません。
   ・イベントスペース以外、立ち入り禁止です。
   ・トイレ使用後は便座を下ろしてください。
   ・勧誘行為は禁止とします。
