グループの特徴
The purpose of “Dallas Area Stargazing” is to let people know that we can still see night sky (bright nebulae, star clusters, and more) in the city. This is done with large and small telescopes that the organizer and a few meetup members bring a telescope to each event (if you don't have one, no worry, we all share the equipment and chat about the sky). I have enjoyed its wonders and beauty since an 8 year old while under the dark skies of the southern Nevada desert and I wish to share the same with many others.
