> What ? This is a interval running workout for all levels, from beginners to confirmed runners, and goals, whether it’s to start running, improve your physical condition, endurance and train to run faster to beat your own best. The Running classes are divided into parts: warm-up and drills, running workout (intervals) and cool down (easy jog + stretching). The content of the interval training will change for each session, so check the session in the calendar to see the theme. All the classes are taught in English.

> When ? Running intervals runs every Tuesday and Friday at 12.00 PM at Minato No Mori Parc.

> Where ? We meet at Minato No Mori Parc (1 km from south exit of Sannomiya station), near to the water and toilet facility located in the south part of the parc, please refer to the map attached (location : https://goo.gl/maps/PoY7ZVufYru76j818)

> Who is the coach ? This workout session is coached by Alexis, a certified Running Coach and coach in Athletic clubs and schools. He has over 20 years of experience in running, competing in a lot of races (2h35 marathoner, French cross-country championships participations, trails).

> How much ? You can attend your first class for free ! After it is 1500¥ a class however you can buy unlimited pass for all Pulse Fit&Run classes (Running classes and Strength and Conditioning classes ) for the calendar month for 6000¥.

> Facilities - Water, toilet facilities and vending machines are available on the track but you can also bring a water bottle. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
