This monthly support group is a safe and welcoming space for women who are feeling the weight of stress, anxiety, or burnout. It’s also a space for those supporting children through emotional challenges.
Each month, we come together to connect, share, and support one another in a kind and non-judgmental environment. This is a space where you can simply be yourself, knowing you’ll be met with understanding and compassion.

What you’ll get from joining us:

  • A supportive circle of women who truly understand what you’re going through.
  • The chance to share your experiences and listen to others in a safe space.
  • A sense of connection and belonging—you are not alone in this.
  • Gentle, uplifting encouragement to help you feel lighter and more grounded.

Whether you want to talk, listen, or just be present, this group is here to support you, exactly as you are.
