The Details
Sometimes you just need to lay down, breathe, and let someone else hold the space for you, but your nervous aboout being alone in a room for an hour with a Woo Woo woman you’ve never met.
You’ll be hanging out in the Mind’s Eye Yoga Room, sitting on cushions, then lying down on a yoga mat for the meditation.
The space is warm and welcoming, and to get to it you’ll walk through our little forest of houseplants, starting you off with a breath of freshly oxygenated air.
I’ll lead a little conversation about Reiki, and then…
You’ll be guided through clearing each of the energy centers in your body while I move around the room giving each participant Reiki about the head and shoulders.
This is one of my favorite ways to solve that for you. A group session, information and experience all wrapped into an hour and a half on a weeknight.
