Setsubun Tour at Mibu-dera Temple!
Setsubun tells us the start of spring. Setsubun in Kyoto is very famous and beautiful. Mibu-dera is one of the best places to visit. Let’s watch traditional "Kyogen" (comedy theater) and learn about the history of Setsubun together!

Fee: Free (Please bring your own money for the temple visit)

Schedule
5:00 PM – Meet at the cafe.
5:10 PM – A short talk about Setsubun.
5:30 PM – Walk to Mibu-dera (about 20 minutes).
6:00 PM – Arrive at the temple & watch Kyogen.
6:30 PM – Free time & finish the tour.
Numerous food stalls are set up. Enjoy the unique atmosphere of a Japanese festival!

春の始まりを告げる節分。京都の節分は日本の中でも華やかです。その中でも壬生寺は節分の行事でとても有名です。伝統の狂言を観たいと思います。節分のルーツを紐解きながら、歴史を学んでみませんか?
